Lexi and Thomas found me back in October 2024 and booked me to capture their pregnancy announcement and what an honor that is as a photographer. Being one of the first people to know about the best news a parent wants. I instantly fell in love with these two, the sweetest most gentle couple you could ever imagine. We had such a fun time during that session. And about 7 months later they text me to tell me little Maverick is finally earth side! I'd be lying if I said I wasn't surprised he was already here, it felt like we had just done the announcement! They booked their newborn session and talking with Lexi planning we picked XOXO Studio in Vassar for the most precious newborn session with Maverick.
The night before our session we had some awful storms come through our area but we got such a beautiful sunny, warm day to offer the warm natural light in the studio!
Little Maverick was the best baby I think I have ever had a session with! He was so chill, letting us change, wrap and pose him over and over and not a single cry!
We wanted to go with a more natural lifestyle and move away from the traditional studio set and I think we nailed it! XOXO Studio offered us a unique newborn set!
